We will take about whiskey sours, using egg whites, an infused simple syrup and the pistachio all while making an amazing cocktail.

What will you need:

.

40 Winks Whiskey, 90 Proof

Lemon Juice

Pistachio Simple Syrup

Green Chartreuse

Egg White

.

To make the Pistachio Simple Syrup ahead of time you will need:

.

2 Tbsp shelled, crushed pistachios

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup water

.

Combine sugar and water in small saucepan and bring to a simmer (don't boil). Add in pistachios and let infuse for 15 minutes. Strain out pistachios and store syurp in fridge for up to 2 weeks.
