We have a new taco for you this weekend!!

Güeros Tacos. Chiles Güeros are what banana peppers are called in Mexico.

For this taco we are covering our carnitas with a salsa made from fire-roasted tomatoes, poblanos & “Chiles Güeros” –– hence the name.

This sauce is packed with a rainbow of flavor and tastes more sweet than spicy.

Served with Chihuahua cheese and then topped with a cabbage, radish and pepper slaw. Give these a try and let us know what you think. We think they’re pretty darn good!
